How Automandoub works

One request reaches every matching scrapyard in your area — instead of ten phone calls.

If you're looking for a part

1

Add your car

Add your car to your garage once: make, model, and year. It stays saved for all your future requests.

2

Request the part

Type the part name and add photos and notes if you like. Your region is selected for you automatically, and you can widen the area if the part is rare.

3

Wait for offers

Your request instantly reaches every verified scrapyard supplier serving your area. You get a notification with every new offer.

4

Compare and choose

You see cards without names: part photos, condition, warranty period, preparation time, all-in price, and seller rating.

You can also ask the seller questions on the platform before you choose.

5

Pay safely

You pay on the platform, and we don't store your card details.

6

Track until it arrives

Follow your part step by step: preparing, ready, shipped, then delivered. When it ships, the seller's identity is revealed to you.

7

Confirm and rate

If the part arrives as agreed, confirm receipt and rate your experience. If something's wrong, open a dispute with photos and a reason, and we'll review it.

If you own a scrapyard

1

Sign up and send your documents

Your commercial registration, VAT number, and national address. We review them document by document before approval.

2

Set your coverage and makes

Choose the regions and cities you serve and the makes you specialize in — so you only get what's relevant to you.

3

Receive requests

Get notified of every request that matches your coverage and specialty, with no middleman and no waiting.

4

Take photos and send your offer

Photograph the part directly with your device's camera — the platform adds its watermark to the photo.

Set the price you want to receive, the warranty and preparation time, and before you agree you see what the customer pays and exactly what you get.

5

Prepare and ship

If the customer picks you, prepare the part and hand it over for shipping within the time you committed to.

6

Get paid

Your earnings are added to your wallet on the platform as soon as the customer pays, and you can see them in full there.

FAQ

How long do offers take to arrive?

It depends on the part and your area. Common parts get offers within hours; rare ones may take longer or need a wider area.

Can I know the scrapyard's name before buying?

No. The seller's identity is revealed when your part ships. This protects both sides and keeps the comparison about the part and the price, not the name.

Why can't I send my number in the chat?

Because the platform automatically blocks contact numbers and addresses. That's what keeps it safe: every step is documented, so if a dispute happens we have evidence to review. Anyone who closes a deal outside the platform gives up all of this protection.

Are the photos really of the actual part?

The seller photographs the part and attaches the photos to the offer, and every photo is stamped with the platform's watermark. You can ask them about any detail on the platform, or request another photo before you choose.

What if the part arrives not as agreed?

Open a dispute from the request page, attach photos and state the reason, and we'll review evidence from both sides and make a decision.

How much does the platform take?

The platform fee is added on top of the seller's price and included in the price you see, and the seller receives the full price they set. The only thing added at checkout is the delivery fee, if you choose seller delivery.
